For this project, I completely gutted a carriage house that was in very poor condition. The goal was to create a space that was light and airy for short term rentals and Airbnb guests. I rearranged the floor plan by removing a wall, making the bathroom bigger and adding a laundry and closet and a kitchen island for extra seating. I took the place down to the studs and added everything new from canned lights and drywall to cabinets, tile, countertops, appliances and more. I then decorated the place to appeal to short term renters and make them feel at home during their stay.
